Billing Policy – Gloss & Glow by Lida & Lui

We want your experience at Gloss & Glow to be as smooth as your manicure! Here’s how our billing works, from deposits to payment methods, so there are no surprises at checkout.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Bank Transfers (if arranged in advance)

  • Mobile Payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)

All payments must be completed in full on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. Here’s how it works:

  • Deposit amounts will be clearly stated when you book.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up.

  • If you reschedule with enough notice, we can carry your deposit over to the new date.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel:

  • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees.

  • If you cancel late or don’t show up, your deposit may be forfeited.

  • Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

4. Refunds

We always want you to leave happy! But please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for services already performed.

  • If you’re not satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours so we can fix or adjust it.

  • Refunds for prepaid appointments (not yet used) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers can be used towards any service but are not redeemable for cash.

  • Only one promotional offer can be used per appointment unless otherwise stated.

6. Receipts

Receipts are available on request. Just let us know if you’d like a digital or printed copy after your service.
