Gloss & Glow by Lida & Lui – Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website at www.glossandglowbylidalui.co.uk, via direct message on our Instagram @gloss_and_glow_by_lida_lui, or by phone at 0116 202 1667.

  • Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.

4. Services & Pricing

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will honor the price at the time of your booking.

5. Health & Safety

  • Client Health: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections prior to your appointment. This ensures we can provide the safest and most appropriate service.

  • Salon Hygiene: We adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including the sterilization of tools and equipment, to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

6. Refunds & Complaints

  • Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to address your concerns.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not typically offered for completed services. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider each case individually.

7. Gift Vouchers

  • Usage: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for services only.

  • Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

9. Children & Pets

  • Children: For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Pets: Pets are not permitted in the salon, with the exception of service animals.
